1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you (“User”, “End User”, “Customer”) and CashOrbit (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using CashOrbit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the app immediately.

When you register and start using CashOrbit, these Terms automatically apply to you. You must read them carefully before using the app.

You are not allowed to:

  • Copy or modify any part of the app, content, or trademarks.

  • Attempt to extract the app’s source code.

  • Translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative versions of the app.

All intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, database rights, etc.) belong to CashOrbit.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. You are advised to review this page regularly.

These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 (as amended).

CashOrbit is not intended for minors under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use or access the app.

2. No Investment or Top-up Requirement

CashOrbit does not include any investment, deposit, or top-up feature.
All features and rewards are completely free and designed for entertainment and engagement only.
Users are never required to spend money or make any payment to access the app.
CashOrbit does not involve any financial risk or loss to users.

3. Rewards and Coins

  • Users may earn in-app rewards (“Coins”) by completing tasks, watching ads, or engaging with app features.

  • Rewards are based solely on valid reports received by CashOrbit from its advertisers or partners.

  • CashOrbit is not responsible for lost or missing rewards due to internet failure, app errors, or third-party issues.

  • Rewards depend on advertiser payments. If an advertiser fails to pay, CashOrbit is not obligated to credit user rewards.

  • Mobile recharges, gift cards, or similar rewards are processed through third-party providers, and CashOrbit is not liable for failed or incomplete transactions.

4. Limitation of Authority

Users have no authority to represent or bind CashOrbit in any manner.
No promise, agreement, or representation (oral or written) made by a user shall be binding on CashOrbit unless explicitly authorized in writing.

5. Disputes and Indemnity

In the event of any dispute or claim related to the app or these Terms:

  • The User agrees to cooperate fully with CashOrbit to resolve the issue.

  • The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CashOrbit and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising due to misuse or violation of these Terms.

  • All legal decisions, including whether to pursue litigation or arbitration, shall be made solely by CashOrbit.

This clause shall survive even after account termination or expiration.

6. Training and Materials

CashOrbit may provide instructions, guides, or forms to assist users in completing in-app tasks.
All such materials are the exclusive property of CashOrbit and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

7. Non-Solicitation

Users agree not to:

  • Hire or attempt to hire any employee, contractor, or team member of CashOrbit.

  • Encourage or induce any such person to terminate their relationship with CashOrbit.

This clause applies during and after the period of your usage of the app.

8. Confidential Information

Users must keep all proprietary and confidential information strictly private, including:

  • Details about CashOrbit’s business operations, advertisers, clients, and users.

  • Internal data, analytics, and service structures.

Such information may not be shared, copied, or disclosed without prior written approval from CashOrbit.

9. Third-Party Services

CashOrbit integrates third-party services for analytics and advertising, including:

  • Google AdMob

  • Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics

  • PubScale (ad mediation & monetization partner)

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms, or

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease, and no rewards will be payable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
